Dear SCACTE Members,
As we move toward the close of another school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the work we have accomplished together and to thank each of you for your continued dedication to Career and Technical Education across South Carolina. This season offers an opportunity to pause, celebrate progress, and recognize the meaningful connections that have shaped our year.
I hope each of you has had the opportunity to connect in meaningful ways with fellow CTE educators, leaders, and partners throughout the year. Building relationships remains one of our greatest strengths as an association, and this year highlighted just how impactful those connections can be. The January FYI Conference was a wonderful opportunity for networking, collaboration, and shared learning. I truly enjoyed meeting so many new individuals and reconnecting with familiar faces who continue to inspire and strengthen our CTE community.
As we wrap up the academic year, I encourage you to take pride in the impact you’ve made—supporting students, strengthening programs, and advancing high quality career pathways. Your commitment and passion continue to drive innovation and opportunity for learners across our state.
Thank you for your service, leadership, and engagement with SCACTE. I am grateful for the work you do each day and for the connections we have built together this year. I look forward to continuing our momentum as we move into the next chapter—refreshed, inspired, and ready for what lies ahead.
With appreciation,
Anna Snipes
President, South Carolina Association for Career and Technical Education (SCACTE)
